There is a booking process that needs to be completed for any GoodPet Service
Paperwork required to complete Booking:
- a) Completed and signed Booking Forms (request via email) – please be sure to stipulate Class, Private, or Behaviour as well as the age of the pet(s) you are booking for)
b) Your Dog’s Full Vet Book Copy (Full page copies of ALL PAGES incl. the Front & Back Page)
c) Receipt for flea AND tick treatment
d) Receipt for de-worming (up-to-date within 3 months)
e) Proof Of Payment
IMPORTANT: Payment into our bank account without the above does not guarantee your booking / place in the class!
Please ensure you have the correct paperwork before you make payment. We do not accept incomplete bookings.
SPECIAL NOTE for existing clients: only updated proofs for vaccinations, deworming, and tick-and-flea treatments are required when purchasing new packages for the same dog. A new Booking Form must be submitted together with the required proofs for a new pupil.

GoodPet reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.
GoodPet reserves the right to charge a fee for rejected debit order payments.
No refunds or cancellations will be allowed.
